Meet Julie
Hey there! I’m a mom, wife, and proud historical romance fan who might just prefer a cup of coffee to a good love story (but only might). Originally from the beautiful coast of Maine, I traded in my boots for flip-flops and now call Florida home with my husband and two kids. While I’m surrounded by gorgeous ocean (that I rarely visit), I’m more likely to be found hiking through mountains or exploring state parks — because let’s face it, the ocean’s great, but nothing beats a good mountain breeze.
When I’m not out adventuring, I’m probably in the garden or curled up on the couch, binge-watching the latest series (shh, don’t tell anyone I’m avoiding laundry). Working from home is my jam — laptop in one hand, coffee in the other, diving into the world of digital marketing and social media strategy. Now, I get to blend my favorite things—visual creativity, strategy, and supporting passionate business owners—and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
Photography has always been part of my story. My first camera was a hot pink point-and-shoot—in the (very late)80s, and I’ve been hooked ever since. Over the years, I’ve snapped everything from travel adventures and architecture to food and family life. I even ran a lifestyle and wedding photography business for a while. Now, as the creative behind Julpixel, I’m bringing that love for storytelling through the lens back to life!
